1) To assign a new claim, you may send the claim assignment via preferred claim handling software, i.e., Scene Access, Process Claims, etc. or submit a new assignment by simply clicking the link below as well as fax or email.
2)Upon receipt of vehicle owner contact information Alliance will call the owner and set up an inspection appointment as soon as possible. We will also submit new claim status to the inside adjuster daily. 3)Once the vehicle has been inspected the appraiser will complete a damage estimate as well as a written report at once and forward all information, reports and photos to the inside adjuster. - Photo Protocol: Four corner shots, License Plate, VIN, odometer, measured damage, points of Impact, detailed damage photos, unrelated prior damages and interior on potential total losses. ***Alliance will write per your company's guidelines verbatim and utilize partial refinish operations and Paintless Dent Repair whereapplicable. 4)All desk review supplements will be completed free of charge, however, supplements requiring a physical re-inspection will be billed accordingly. Once completed, supplements will be sent to the respective insurance carrier as soon as possble.
Supplements for concessionary items such as required labor rate & part price increases typically do not require a physical reinspection however, photos from the shop of vehicle in repair process can be obtained by request. All part price increases will be accompanied by an invoice from the part supplier.
5)If any vehicle is a total loss Alliance will inform the insurance carrier as soon as it is known and utilize the insurers preferred market valuation service if requested (i.e. CCC, Autosource) as well as fill out all applicable forms. Alliance can also complete an ACV work-up if necessary.
